Blisters are a nuisance at best during a standard day, but in a survival situation a blister can quickly cut off your most simple mode of transportation.
A blister isn’t only uncomfortable but if one were to burst and be left untreated, infection could set in in as little as some hours. Below are a couple of steps that you can take to stop blisters from forming.
Your shoes must match properly to avoid blisters. If they’re too snug or too loose the shoes will cause excess friction on your feet. A good rule of thumb is to make sure that there’s ½ in. space between your longest toe and the end of your shoe.
